Oriental University library, besides stocking textbooks and reference manuals, also contains resources like newspapers, magazines, periodicals, and theses both in printed and digital formats. The library stocks over 35000 textbooks and subscribes to 67 printed journals. The university maintains a fleet of 15 buses that come in perfectly handy for transporting students, faculty members, and administrative staff to and from the institution.
The institution keeps adding to its bus fleet in accordance with the number of students seeking fresh admission. Oriental Bank of Commerce, a leading public-sector bank in the country, operates a branch inside the university’s campus. The bank branch stays open from Monday through Friday from 10.30 a.m. till 4.00 p.m. and from 10.30 a.m. till 1.30 p.m. on Saturday.
Students and every other stakeholder in the university can carry out almost all kinds of financial transactions in the OBC branch.
