The Infrastructure and Facilities of St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology are described below:

• Central Computer Center: For providing internet and intranet facilities to the students, the campus has established a central computer centre. Students can read and download reading materials, e-journals, project materials, and many more.
• Central Library: The Central Library has been set up that functions between 9 AM to 8 PM from Monday to Friday and on Saturday it remains open from 10 AM to 3 PM. Students can have access to around 28948 books and volumes. Photocopying and Scanning amenities are also available for the convenience of students.
• Language Practice Laboratory: To train students to become good public speakers, the institute has a Language practice laboratory. Classes are organised to improve the speaking skills, voice tone, and tuning of students.      
• Common Room: For healthy interactions among students separate common rooms are built for both girls and boys. Students can play carrom and table tennis in the common rooms.
• Canteen: College Canteen is accessible for the students to provide them with a variety of dishes ranging from South Indian, Chinese, Bengali, etc. Approximately 40 students can sit at a time in the canteen and enjoy their food.
