Coming to the faculty part the faculties here are chosen were wisely by a team called DT team which include the people of higher authority the technical director of the institution and many experienced people these people chose the faculties by many rounds of interviews the interview process was very elaborate which includes the testing of subject knowledge, inter and intra personal skills, communication skills and so on. This process include more than five rounds by this the individuals are put under many circumstances their problem solving, team leading and team managing skills. The staffs here would have many years of experience so that we can ask whatever we want their experience is the most important part so that we can utilize it more they are easily approachable so that we can solve questions immediately their way of teaching was very good because from their experience they learnt so many things and proven methods to teach. In SNS College of Engineering mostly all the staff are not harshly treating the students. You can study in this college independently in class. Faculties are friendly treating the students and also guide the students in a good way. The head of the department also guide the students in a good way. Every year the faculty advisor for the class is change accordingly in this college. So you can get experience with all the staff potential to guide you in a good way. In my industrial visit the faculties guided us in enjoyable way to get the experience about the industry as well as the tour experience. Faculties in SNS College of Engineering are so kind and knowledged to deal with the students and they tend to put sufficient efforts to make a good and satisfactory engineer to the society and they are implementing various activities among students to enrich their abilities which help to mould them.
