To grab the ocean of opportunities and to provide the students with career satisfaction, the college has established a Training and Placement Cell. The mission of this cell is:

• To groom the students for their future roles by preparing them for various mock campus interviews and group discussions.
• To develop soft skills, and to provide the students with entrepreneurship awareness programs and job counseling.
• To motivate and encourage students and make them productive, helping them in adopting professional attitudes and manners.

There is a separate Internship Department Cell, which is responsible for organising Summer Internships for final-year students in renowned organisations. Some major companies that provide summer internships to the RITEE students are Reliance JIO Raipur, Water Treatment Plant Raipur, KSK Power Akaltara, BEC Fertilizers Bilaspur, Bhilai Steel Plant, etc.

Some major recruiting companies that visit this institute for placements are Adani Group Ahmadabad, Byju’s, Extramarks, Shree Cement CG, Indus Ind Bank, Walla Group Pune, LG Electronics, etc.

• BARC Centre: RITEE has signed MoU with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai providing the students with the knowledge of the DAE Technologies Display and Dissemination Facility (DTDDF) center.
• Sports: Raipur Institute of Technology provides its students with indoor and outdoor sports facilities helping them in developing team spirit and sportsmanship. The College also organises different sports events at inter-college, state, and national levels.
• Women and Student Grievance Redressal Cell: The College has also established a grievance cell for women and students, helping them in coping with personal and professional issues and raising voices against mis happening and inappropriate behaviors. Helping numbers are provided on the website of the college, where students and women can complain or talk directly about their issues.
• Anti-ragging Cell: As per the guidelines of the Supreme Court, the College has established an anti-ragging cell to provide the students with a safe and ragging-free environment, inside and outside the campus.
