This active cell works to fulfill the student’s desire to have the best career as their profession. This T & P Cell is headed by expert training and placement officers providing 100% placement record by:

Soft and aptitude skills are major job requirements and KEC puts special emphasis on the same. To provide its students with an overall development program, the college also organises aptitude training and soft skill programs. There are many students who excellently qualify for the traditional examinations for employment but degrade when it comes to communication.

Apart from this, an aptitude test is very crucial for any student as the very first thing a company asks for during an interview is the aptitude test. The college provides its student with logical and quantitative abilities by educating them in Data Interpretation, Reading and Verbal abilities, Quantitative Aptitude, etc. In addition, regular mock interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions, resume writing, JAM, grooming, body language, etc takes place for the complete development of the students.

Situated at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, there are three sets of the academic complex in KEC namely Academic block I, II, and III. The campus of this college is fully-furnished, well-maintained, and modern. Some major facilities available here are:

• Auditorium: For frequent presentations, conferences, guest lectures, seminars, fests and other events, the college has a well-equipped and modern auditorium with a sitting capacity of 300 people. 
• Cafeteria: The café space of this college is huge, well-furnished, and air-conditioned, providing hygienic and delicious refreshments to the students. With a soothing and calm environment, the cafes provide a variety of Chinese and Indian dishes. 
• Classroom: the classrooms and tutorial rooms of this college are designed in a way that provides an academic environment to the students. KEC has IT-enabled classrooms with modern teaching and learning techniques.
• Library: KEC owns a modern, digital library spread over the land of 1005 sq. meters with comfortable and sufficient sitting space. With 80000+ books, the library provides access to both online and offline international and national journals, magazines, newspapers, articles, etc.
• Hostels: There is one girls’ hostel and two boys’ hostels in three multistory buildings. Each hostel of KEC is well-maintained, secured, and fully furnished giving homely vibes to the students. The kitchen and mess space of the hostel provides hygienic, safe, and delicious multi-cuisine dishes.
• Sports: The sports areas are spread over 2 acres with both indoor and outdoor games like Badminton, Basketball, Volley Ball, Carom, Chess, table tennis, etc.
• Gym and Yoga: To make its student both physically and mentally fit, the college has well-equipped gym and yoga facilities for its students. This health and well-being area is spacious, airy and creates an environment for workouts and meditation.
• Medical Wing: KEC has completely developed a medical wing with professional technicians and doctors. This medical wing provides cost-free treatment to its students and during the time of emergency, the patient is taken to Narinder Mohan Hospital and Heart Centre which is 500 meters away from the college campus.
