Krishna Engineering College Ghaziabad Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The infrastructure is beautiful and a bit small. The college is made within 11 acres of land at good location near Mohan Nagar metro station and at walking distance from Air Force Station. The college infrastructure is good from outside and inside too. The college has different blocks for IT, Mechanical, Electrical, etc. The college has 2 dedicated canteens. And there is a basketball, volleyball and badminton courts. Other than that an auditorium and a stage too are present in the campus.

My overall campus life has been going fine. Students here come from many different backgrounds. The gender ratio is about 2:1 males and females. There are different clubs like music club, dance club, sports club, e-sport club, academic club, etc. Hackathons and other different competitions are conducted for great engagements with everyone.Read Full Review

The College area isn’t that big as it’s a dedicated engineering College and not many courses are offered here. There are three-blocks for classes that include the admin block and three-multi-storey buildings which are the hostels. There are staff houses and a building which is close to the ABIII block. The amphitheater was right next to the staff quarters. A small workshop area was built, as it was commonly used by students of all the departments. For all the external workshops and seminars, there was a conference hall and for College events the auditorium with a seating capacity of around 250 students was there at the campus. The delightful ambience of the canteen tempted me to have some time spent over there with my friends.

Our department society was called "V-Logger SOCIETY" and the fest conducted between all the departments here was called ‘Infinito’. So, getting engaged with society and being a part of the College fest were the best part of campus life. The college infrastructure is spanned in approx. 11 acres and has three specialized academic blocks in the campus area. We had a separate block for the first year due to the special anti-ragging policies. We were not ragged and we had the option of reporting a behavior that equates to ragging to the higher authorities. A separate block is for mechanical and civil branches so as to focus on the quality of the studies in terms of separate labs and classrooms. The third building pertains to the rest of the branches. An international-styled café that has both the options of takeaway or sit and have your food at the cafeteria. The college has both indoor and outdoor sporting facilities. The playground had cricket pitches and was also used for playing football or Kabaddi. The infrastructure overall is good but with great management it can become even better as a lot area was lying empty and building at least a couple of more girl’s hostel and canteen can be the best way of using the available resources. This was my personal opinion as I am sure the management knows it better.

There are many societies in the college that students can be a part of. These help in personality development as well as other benefits that personally have helped me express myself. Cultural fests are also organised here. Those who want to play sports will have a good time here. Though co-curricular activities like literature, dance etc. have societies dedicated to themselves but they mostly lie dormant after the initial activities. We also celebrate different functions here we organise them while taking notes from the teachers if required. We learned a lot of traits on the campus such as teamwork, team spirit etc. As a girl the most important thing and me and my parents wanted was security and must say the campus is highly secure for both boys and girls.Read Full Review
