Maharaja Agrasen College has a very active Training and Placement Cell in the campus that provides excellent placement opportunities to the students. Maharaja Agrasen College has all the necessary infrastructural facilities for the students in order to have a smooth and engaging learning experience. The facilities include:

• Library: There is a spacious library with access to numerous books along with non-book materials such as journals, periodicals, etc. There are two air-conditioned reading rooms along with computer and internet facilities. For visually impaired students, there are Braille kits available.
• Laboratories: There are different laboratories present inside the campus catering to the needs of various departments. Updated computer lab, integrated laboratory, learning resource center, and electronic & physics lab occupies a large space in the campus for research and practical applications.
• Sports: Sports facilities such as archery, badminton, cycling, chess, cricket, basketball, volleyball, and many others are present at the campus for fun and fitness purposes. There is also an added facility of gym for the fitness freaks.
