KITS has its separate Training and Placement Cell to provide career guidance to the students for a better future. The cell analyses the needs and requirements of the industry and arranges various training and development programs to prepare students for campus placement. The cell facilitates on-site internships for the students in renowned companies which helps in gaining real time experience in the corporate world. The Institute invites company’s representatives to provide knowledge about their organisation to the students. Industrial visits, group discussions, workshops, seminars, mock interview sessions, resume building sessions, personality development programs, etc are conducted for improving the technical and soft skills of the students. The cell connects with the top companies in the industry and invites them for campus placement.

The institute has an extensive green campus which is developed on 26.25 acres of land which provides a healthy and friendly academic environment. KITM has ICT enabled classrooms for providing e-learning to the students. The whole campus of the institute is Wi-Fi enabled with high speed internet connectivity. • Central Library: KITM Karimnagar library is built on an area of 730 square meters which can accommodate around 150 students. The learning resource center of the institute is equipped with 8,000+ titles, 48,000+ books, 600+ CD’s, 10+ international journals, 50+ national journals, 15+ magazines, 500+ e-journals, 5+ newspapers, and many others. Digital library is available in the campus which is equipped with the latest updated computer systems with a high speed internet facility to access the e-resource like journals and e-books. Book bank facility is provided to SC / ST students. All the resources help students in obtaining right information and knowledge about their subjects.
• Laboratories: Each department has their own laboratories for facilitating practical experience to its students in concerned subjects. The labs are enabled with all modern equipments for a better functioning and connected to the internet. Some of the laboratories are communication lab, digital signal processing lab, microprocessors lab, digital electronics lab, research & development lab, software engineering lab, etc. A well equipped computer center is available in the campus.
• Hostel: Institute provides separate accommodation facilities for both girls and boys with suitable surroundings. Both the hostels have a lush green garden and can accommodate around 175 students and the girls hostel can accommodate around 220 students. Students are provided with fully furnished rooms with all the required facilities. Boy's hostel has several facilities like dispensary, internet facility, mineral water, indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Wardens are available for the convenience of the students. Mess facility is also available for providing nutritious and healthy food.
• Sports: KITM has a separate indoor games complex and various facilities are provided for outdoor games as well like volleyball, cricket, basketball, tennikoit, throw ball, shuttle-badminton, and many others. Gym facility is available in the games complex of the institute. Students are motivated to participate in various sports events and tournaments which are conducted by the institute.
• Medical Facilities: The campus has a well equipped dispensary for facilitating medication to the students. In case of any emergency, ambulance service is provided to the students.
