JITS Training and Placement Cell contributes its efforts to make students ready for the industry by imparting employability skills and conducting workshops, seminars, interviews, presentations, etc. It assures that every student gets the opportunity to work in the corporate world. To prepare students for higher studies the Cell also organises diagnostic tests for the competitive exams like CAT, CMAT, GTAE, GRE, IELTS, and more.

JITS Training and Placement Cells’ dedication and hard work has attracted some of the leading companies to come to the institute for campus placement. There is a long list of the companies coming for the placement to the campus out of which some prominent companies are TCS, Hexaware Technologies, Infosys, QSpiders, Dell, MAQ Software, Tech Mahindra, Zoho Corporation, Harman International, Colruyt Group, Target Corporation, Capgemini, Mindtree, and more.

JITS is located at Nustulapur village, Thimmapur Mandal Karimnagar district and is about 12 kms away from Karimnagar town. Efforts are made by the institute authorities to serve the best possible facilities for its students. The institute believes that the environment should contribute towards achieving academic excellence. Hence a number of facilities are provided by the institute of which a few of them are listed below.

• Library: JITS library has been functioning since its inception and has been an integral part of the institution serving its main motto of fulfilling the information needs by preserving the collection of specialised books of different fields specially engineering and technology. Presently the library has a collection of over 58,000 books with nearly 9000+ titles, 90+ international journals, 100+ national journals, 30+ magazines, and sufficient reference books.
• Hostel: To ensure that students live in a healthy and learning environment, hostel accommodation is provided for both boys and girls students. The staff appointed to look after the needs of the hostlers makes sure that immediate response is given to any specific demands. Hostels at the campus are equipped with the amenities like purified drinking water, hygienic catering, semi furnished rooms with attached washrooms, sufficient ventilation, light facility, TV, study rooms with common halls, etc.
• Transportation: For easy commutation of staff, faculty members, and students JITS has made necessary transport arrangements. The institute buses ply almost on all the locations of Karimnagar. To avoid ragging, a separate bus facility is also provided for 1^st year B.Tech students.
• Canteen: Health is wealth and the institute makes sure to serve healthy food and create a college culture of healthy eating. Diversified and delicious foods are offered to college students at affordable prices with special emphasis on cleaning and hygiene. Students can enjoy South Indian, North Indian, and Chinese food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian at the campus canteen.
• Medical Facility: Students are instantly given medical assistance when required. A medical care and first aid facility is available with the attendance of a doctor and a medical practitioner. Emergency cases are immediately referred to Karimnagar hospital which can be reached within 10 minutes.
• Sports: The institute promotes sports by encouraging its students to participate in the various sports event, inter college competitions, intra-college competitions, state and district level competitions, and more. Facilities for both indoor and outdoor games like Basketball, Table Tennis, Caroms, Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Shuttle, Chess, Hockey and various other games are provided by JITS.
