IPEC has Training and Placement Cell which works consistently and diligently in order to enhance the skills as well as to improve the personality of students. It helps to clarify goal of the student as well as to achieve the desired employment by organising summer training, internship programs and certain project works integrated with academics.

In order to provide placements in the top corporate firms, the college makes efforts in three functional areas namely:

• Employment Enhancement Program: It is the placement training program which aims to develop the overall personality of student as well as develop the skills for selection in desired firm. For second year students, soft training programs are conducted. For third year students, Aptitude practices are conducted. For Final year students, interaction with industrial experts along with the Mock GD and PI sessions are conducted. Besides, aptitude practice test and sample papers of various companies are uploaded on the online portal of website.
• Industry Academia Interface: This area ensures the interaction between students and popular industrial personalities. Various workshops and lectures are organised by the subject matter experts and corporate leaders.
• Placement of students: IPEC Ghaziabad collaborates with various popular firms of the nation in order to provide the best placements to the students.

IPEC Ghaziabad has world class infrastructure facilities. The lush green campus of the college is spread over an area of approximately 7.81 acres. The college campus has modern academic facilities like classrooms, seminar halls, etc. facilitated with the excellent teaching through latest tools and advance technologies. • Academic facilities: IPEC has air-conditioned classrooms facilitated by projectors, laboratories for the research purposes and workshops with the latest technology instruments.

• Hostel Facility: IPEC campus has three boys’ hostels and three girls’ hostels separately. Hostels have warden and security which ensure the security of the students. The hostels comprise all the amenities for the students.
• Gym Facility: IPEC has two separate gymnasiums for boys and girls in order to keep them healthy, fit and stress free.
