    GCELT Kolkata placement should be improved
    In this college we have 3 streams to choose from; CSE, IT and LT for B.Tech. I'm in the CSE branch. You can choose this stream if you are interested in learning about new technologies and are very passionate about tech. As in here you will learn about the recent technologies.     GCELT Saltlake admissions are done through WBJEE
    I am pursuing my B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. It's a 4 year course and currently I'm in 2nd year. My rank in WBJEE was around 5.5k and through this I get this college in the second round of counseling. My first year experience was good and I hope that the journey of 2 more years would be great.Read Full Review

    My experience at Government College of Engineering and Leather Technology
    In this college there are 3 branches Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, and Leather Technology. This college is specially known for Leather Technology. You have to crack West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE). If you want to pursue B.Tech in CSE you have to secure below 5k rank and for IT 7k and for LT below 20k rank. This institution was established in 1919 especially for Leather Technology students. And here CSE and IT was introduced in 2001.Read Full Review
