Punjab Agricultural University [PAU], Ludhiana established in 1962 is a State University, currently having 80th position in NIRF Ranking 2024. PAU Ludhiana is approved by ICAR and UGC. Admission Process
All the applicants must read the Prospectus carefully to understand the admissions rules and ensure that they are fulfilling all the qualification criteria before filling up the Application Form. They are advised to regularly check the official website to get updates regarding Dates of Entrance Test, Counselling, Interview, Document Verification, etc. They can apply either through online or offline mode. Details regarding both the process are mentioned below:
Online Mode
Applicants have to visit the official website and tap on the link provided for the Admissions in the university. They have to pay fees for the Entrance Test that will also include payment of Prospectus. They must provide valid e-mail address and contact information while filling up the form that will be used by the University for Further Communications. Upload passport size photographs. A verification link will be sent to their email IDs to complete the submission procedure of the application. After verification, they can login to the portal and take a print out of the Application Form. They can pay fees either through Online Mode or Challan. They need to check the website regularly for any updates.
Offline Mode
Applicants can get the Application Form personally from the Additional Director of Communication, Communication Centre, PAU, Ludhiana by paying the requisite amount. They have to pay fees for the Entrance Exam that will also include the amount of the Prospectus. They have to fill a separate Application Form for every Entrance Test. E-mail ID and Mobile Number provided by them should be correct as they will be used for further communications. Paste a recent passport size photograph on the Application Form and follow all the instructions as mentioned.
