    BITS is rather a business entity than an engineering college
    This is the part for which I hate this college. The classes commenced from as early as 7.30 am for our stream. Half of the students are not over their sleep and sometimes the professors come late. However, we don’t have a choice because we can’t stay at the hostel while the classes are on. My morning sleep was usually in the classrooms. The portion and the topics that are covered are magnificent. To teach that though the institution needs proper planning on how to conduct the classes and have quality teachers who can make students understand the basics. All this was missing and it was a huge disappointment from an institute that has been rated so heavily.Read Full Review

    BITS has won many awards for excellence
    Since the fees are quite high and the college is located with a serene backdrop the education is done in a peaceful environment. The college is pretty strict with attendance and most of the students are outsiders who stay on the campus only so bunking and going out is not an option. During college hours the security doesn’t allow to go out without permission. The classrooms are far and wide and even though we had 100 students in the class, the speakers in the classrooms made sure that the lecturer's voice reaches our years. If one doesn’t pay attention it’s his/her loss as the same class is never repeated and once a class is done the doubts are solved then and there itself.Read Full Review
