BRCM-CET has a Training and Placement Cell. It provides assistance to students to achieve their desired career goals. It conducts various programs like employability skill enhancement programs, summer training programs, industrial visit programs, teamwork programs, etc. It lays its emphasis on development of certain skills of students like communication skills, problem solving skills, leadership skills, team management skills, etc. In addition to these, it organises guest lectures, mock interview sessions, etc.

Along with these, it also has an Entrepreneurship Development Cell that promotes entrepreneurship spirit of students. It organises various events for students like business quizzes, case studies, business plan contest, etc. It guides students to turn out their business ideas into reality.

Along with this, various research works are carried out in these labs. Apart from this, there is a language lab for personality and skill development of students.
