BRCM-CET has a Training and Placement Cell. It provides assistance to students to achieve their desired career goals. It conducts various programs like employability skill enhancement programs, summer training programs, industrial visit programs, teamwork programs, etc. It lays its emphasis on development of certain skills of students like communication skills, problem solving skills, leadership skills, team management skills, etc. In addition to these, it organises guest lectures, mock interview sessions, etc.

Along with these, it also has an Entrepreneurship Development Cell that promotes entrepreneurship spirit of students. It organises various events for students like business quizzes, case studies, business plan contest, etc. It guides students to turn out their business ideas into reality.

It has tie-ups with the best companies in IT, Telecommunication, Mechanical, and many other sectors. These companies visit campus for placements of students. Some of the recruiters are Infosys, Deloitte, Havells, Genpact, Cipla, Oracle, IBM, JBM, Blackberry, Wipro, Dell, Cognizant, HSBC, HCL, TCS, L&T Infotech, etc.

BRCM College of Engineering and Technology (BRCM-CET), Bhiwani has a great infrastructure and a peaceful atmosphere. It has a Wi-Fi enabled campus which is surrounded by greenery. Its infrastructure constitutes spacious buildings, different departments, hostels, etc. It also has spacious and well furnished tutorial rooms and classrooms that are equipped with smart boards, LCD projectors, etc. In addition to this, it facilitates students with various facilities. Some of these facilities are mentioned below:

• Library: BRCM-CET has a well furnished, spacious, and air-conditioned library. It is stocked with numerous textbooks, national and international journals, reference books, technical magazines, etc. It also has a digital library section where digital resources like e-books, e-journals, etc. are available for reference by students. It also constitutes a book bank section.
• Seminar Hall: BRCM-CET has a well designed seminar hall. It is used for organising events like seminars, workshops, cultural programs, guest lectures, etc.
• Laboratories: BRCM-CET has a specific lab for each department. Each lab is equipped with advanced instruments for experimental purposes. Along with this, various research works are carried out in these labs. Apart from this, there is a language lab for personality and skill development of students. It also has computer centers with required licensed softwares.
• Hostel Facility: BRCM-CET provides hostels to students for their accommodation. It has separate buildings for girls and boys hostels. It provides students with hygienic mess, nutritious meals, internet connectivity, healthcare assistance, etc.
• Sports and Games: BRCM-CET has a playground and courts for different sports like Football, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton, Athletic Track, etc. It conducts intra-college sports competition. It also organises national level annual sports meet. NSS and NCC training is also available in the college campus.
• Arts and Culture: In campus of BRCM-CET, various extracurricular activities are organised. It provides a platform to students to explore their talent and passions. Various events like national and cultural festival celebration, techno fest, alumni meet, etc. are organised.
