Placement is the final step of any institute and to help their students in getting placed, the college has established a Training, Placement & Career Guidance Cell. The role of this cell is to provide the students with a platform where they can grow professionally and groom their talent and personality. This cell monitors the student very actively and helps the students in enhancing their art and talent for future roles.

Training is the most important part of any activity or professional target. The Training and Placement Cell follows a training model that combines a lot of different behavioral and technical training. These trainings are programming & coding skill development, behavioral skills, and numerical & analytical aptitude.

The college also provides on-site and in-house training to its students. During On-Site Industrial Training the cell helps the students get trained in recognised companies. Companies that facilitate the students through on-site training programs are Durgapur Thermal Power Station, All India Radio, Metro Railway, South Eastern Railway, BSNL, Philips India Ltd, Bokaro Steel Plant, etc.

During in-house training, the students are provided proper practice and learning inside the campus of the college. This in-house training program has helped a lot of individuals in developing their confidence, upgrading their skills, and industry ready.

Students of BPPIMT are placed in several recognised companies like Infosys, DeltaX, Ernst & Young, Accurate Advanced ASE, Cognizant, Byju’s, Just Dial, PwC India, Wipro, etc,

• Hostels: The College provides hostel facilities to both boys and girls.
• Library: Located in a spacious area, the library of this college is sourced with a huge number of books, journals, national & international journals, etc. It also consists of a Digital library with E-Resources, making it very easy for the students to access knowledge.
• Sports: Internal and external physical activities are arranged for the students to keep them healthy, fit, and, active. Some sports facilities available here are chess, table tennis, football, carrom, cricket, etc.
• Cafeteria: The canteen of this college provides hygienic, nutritious, delicious, and affordable refreshments & dishes to the students. Special focus is given to the cleaning process of the canteen to make the functioning of the canteen proper and smooth. 
• Health Care Facilities: College provides regular medical check-ups to its students along with proper first aid treatment. During the time of an emergency, the college contacts it nearest hospitals or clinics.
• Computer Lab: There are two computer centers on the college campus, one for postgraduate students and another one for postgraduate students. There are 100 computers connected to high speed and smooth internet facilities.
