Training for on-campus placement/recruitment of students gets underway from the second to last year of the academic program. AIET has in place a well-organized system of coaching that enables the student to make his or her career goals compliant with modern-day corporate requirements.
Renowned firms and organizations belonging to different segments of trade and commerce receive invitations from the Placement & Training Cell to participate in the placement session. The prospective employers go through the candidates’ resumes’ time and again to ensure whether they’re employable. Hence, the candidate’s capabilities, performance, and industry requirements determine the ultimate result of the placement interview.
The placement cell organizes interfaces between potential employers and students where the latter get ample opportunities to interact with the former. The students get to know about the company where they may get an opportunity to serve as well as details about their job profile. AIET’s career advancement procedure first seeks to identify how the student’s performance falls short of industry expectations.
Accordingly, the students obtain appropriate training based on the analysis and coach them for the final interview session. The average package offered to students at the college range between Rs. 2 lac p.a. to Rs. 3 lac p.a.
