Wilson College has a Training and Placement Cell which guides and supports the students. The cell provides training, organises mock interviews, group discussions, and enhances the skills of the students as per the requirements of the industry. It also conducts personality development program, communication skills program, provides internships, and arranges on-campus and off-campus interviews for the students.

Wilson College provides state of the art infrastructure and facilities to the students. The college has a Nature Club, Rotaract Club, NSS, Counseling Centre, Chapel where the prayer services are conducted, and other facilities such as:

• Library: Library has a varied collection of Books, Journals, Magazines, E-Books, etc. Library has a reading room and provides book bank facility to the students. The annual membership of N-LIST and an Automated Book Catalogue is available for the students to check the availability of the books.
• Canteen: Canteen provides clean, hygienic, and nutritious food to the students at a reasonable rate.
• Hostel: Separate hostel facilities are provided for boys and girls. The boys’ hostel is known as Mackichan Hall and the girls’ hostel is known as Pandita Ramabai Hostel. The girls’ hostel is located at a distance of around 500 meters from the college and has a police station nearby.
• Gymkhana: The gymkhana provides training to the students for Inter-collegiate tournaments. The college provides infrastructure for sports such as Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Boxing, Athletics, etc. to the students.
