Hostel is different for both males and females in different areas and safe. The hostels of Dr. Harisingh Gour University have the same facilities like food, playground, roof, room, good environment and more. As per my experience each room is shared with 3 students including 2+1 which have bathroom, two rooms and the attached medium kitchen. About food there is chapatti, rice, daal, 12 type of sabji for which the price is Rs. 90 daily per 2 meals a day. But out of 12 sabji any 2 random sabji you will get as per day system like Monday, Tuesday. But daal, chapatti and Rice is for daily but about the taste I would say that the food here is good. The university provides hostels for the students. For girls and boys there are separate hostels. Hostels facility is good. For student who is pursuing bachelors they have separate hostel and for PG student they have separate hostels. Mess food is not so good, but all the things are available in hostel like egg, fruit, bread, etc. Hostel timing for girls is 8 PM, after this fine is imposed and call is made to her parents and hostel timing for boys is opens 24 hours with no restrictions.Read Full Review
