Career Development and Placement Cell of the college organises career counselling sessions for the development of the students. Various training and development programs are organised to develop the employability skills of the students. To provide job opportunities to the students, the cell maintains its professional relationship with employers. The cell invites industry experts and professionals to motivate and guide students. Group discussions, aptitude tests, workshops, mock interview sessions, seminars, etc are organised to enhance the soft and technical skills of the students. Internships are provided to the students in the renowned organisations. The cell prepares students for campus interviews according to the industry requirements and trends.

BRSNC campus is built on 5.97 acres of land which is enabled with state of art infrastructure and facilities. The college has two campuses, the first one is Science and the second is Arts & Commerce. Spacious and fully ventilated classrooms are available in the college with ICT facilities. The college provides internet services to the students. • Library: This place is equipped with a rich collection of more than 61,000 books, 40+ journals, 6,300+ e-journals, 90,000+ e-books, 10+ newspapers, magazines, project reports, references, periodicals, and many other reading materials. Each department has their own library for the students. Digital library facility is provided to the students with open access system. The library also provides book bank facility and reading room facility to the students.
• Laboratories: The campus has a number of laboratories for each department. The labs are well equipped with computing equipment and other tools to provide practical learning to the students in their concerned subjects. Computer lab, research lab, chemistry lab, physics lab, general lab, and many other laboratories are available in the campus.
• Hostel: Accommodation facilities are provided to both boys and girls separately. The total area of the hostel is 0.30 acres. The girl’s hostel can accommodate around 50 students. Hostel rooms are well designed with all the basic facilities.
• Canteens: To provide snacks and refreshments to the students, canteens are available in the college campus with proper seating arrangements.
• Sports: BRSNC has adequate sports infrastructure and facilities for indoor and outdoor games on the campus. Proper ground facility is available to practice cricket, football, kabaddi, and kho-kho. The college also provides facilities for javelin, handball, volleyball, swimming, table tennis, chess, carom, and many others. Badminton and basketball courts are available in the college. The college campus has 2 well equipped gyms and to guide students gym instructors are appointed.
