IBS Bangalore

IBS Bangalore was set up under the umbrella of ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education at Hyderabad in the year 1995. The institute aims at incorporating decision making skills and interpersonal critical thinking among the students.

The institute offers a 2 years full time Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Program. Along with an intensive focus on the academics, the institute also balances extracurricular activities by incorporating various active students clubs.

The candidates willing to seek admission must fulfill the eligibility standards stated by the institute, follow the admission process, and then go through the selection criteria.

Eligibility:

• The candidate must have completed Graduation or Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognised University, Institution, or Board. The applicants that are seeking to apply while being in the final year of the Graduation Program are eligible to receive provisional admission which may be confirmed after submission of the final Graduation Mark Sheet.
• The institute conducts IBSAT Entrance Exam for the candidates who wish to apply to the MBA Program. The candidates having the score cards for GMAT, NMAT, CAT, or XAT Entrance Exams are exempted from appearing for IBSAT as the scores for these exams are acceptable as well.

Admission Process:

• The candidates seeking admission to the MBA Program offered by the institute must visit the official website of the institute and find the Admissions Application Form at the “Admissions” tab at the website’s home page.
• After selecting the “Apply Now” tab the candidate will be redirected to the Admissions Application Form where all the necessary details are expected to be filled.

Selection Criteria:

• Once the candidate is shortlisted on the basis of IBSAT Scores or GMAT/ NMAT/ CAT/ XAT Scores then the final selections are done on the basis of Past Academic Record, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.
