Various clubs & committees are available at Banasthali Vidyapith to encourage students to take part in activities other than academics. The ‘Hobgoblin Club’ of Humanities department organises plays & dramas.
Furthermore, there is a dedicated flying club known as BVGFC, allowing students to get hands-on experience in flying and enhance their practical knowledge required for their bright career.
Extending on the sprawling campus of 850 acres, Banasthali Vidyapith has been the promising institute for proving world-class education to women. The campus area has a number of buildings of different sizes and statures. There is a number of administrative and academic blocks present on the campus. The campus infrastructure is categorized into School division, University division and the residential blocks.
The campus boasts of excellent infrastructure for organizing sports and games programs. The vast ground namely Laxmi Bai maidan is used for organizing annual fairs and parade. There are a projection room and a stage. The Vidula Maidan is used for playing outdoor games like basketball, hockey, tennis, volleyball and other activities like martial arts and yoga. Space for indoor games is also available. The swimming pool present on the campus is open for students, faculties and their families. In Veer Bala Maidan, horse-riding activity is also organized with forty-one horses. Banasthali also boasts of Cricket ground that was inaugurated on 26, Jan 2008.
The airstrip in Banasthali is used for flying and gliding training. The regular flying club came into existence in 2009. ‘Community Radio Station’ popular as ‘Radio Banasthali’ broadcasts entertainment and educational programs that are recorded locally by staff and students of the University. It is operable within a 30 km radius around academia.
The University’s hospital Apaji Arogya Mandir is well-equipped and has qualified doctors and staff. It is open throughout the year. Accommodation is provided to guardians and parents of students and guests that visit the campus for official assignments. Shuttle service is available at an interval of 15 minutes.
The University has an excellent IT infrastructure. The computer center and smart classrooms are available for learning scientific computing, Computer-Aided Design, VLSI design, and Microelectronics. Various other facilities such as Bank, Post office, Courier service, canteen, and shopping complexes are also available.
