The campus of the JIMS Kalkaji is modern & and offers world-class infrastructural amenities to the students to enhance their overall learning experience and personality. The academic facilities available at the Institution are technologically advanced to equip the students with quality knowledge of Global level.
The JIMS Kalkaji campus is located at Kalkaji, New Delhi and is spread over a huge area of land. The educational & non-educational amenities present at the premises include classrooms, library, labs, conference room, auditorium, cafeteria, sports, and the list goes on.
The JIMS Kalkaji campus is Wi-Fi enabled so that students can access the learning resources from anywhere inside the premises. The fully air-conditioned classrooms are equipped with the latest teaching-learning systems such as smart boards, sound systems, LCD projectors, internet, and others.
The auditorium present within the premises is named as ‘Plush Auditorium’ and is air-conditioned. It has a seating capacity of around 130 students. The auditorium is equipped with digitally enhanced audio-visual aids and has a modern design to conduct events like guest lectures, presentations, etc. effectively.
Moreover, the Conference Hall / Conference Room of the Institution has a state-of-the-art infrastructure that is equipped with a modern HD projection system with touch screen monitor, smart board, etc. It has an accommodation capacity of nearly 30 students & is utilised to host conferences, academic meetings, FDPs, MDPs, recruitment procedures, etc.
Furthermore, there is an air-conditioned GD / PI Room at the campus that is well-furnished with adequate amenities. It can accommodate around 20 students and is used to conduct group discussions, and other such activities.
Various other amenities offered to the students at the campus are discussed below:
- Library: The library of the Institution is spread over 2 floors and has a seating capacity of approximately 110 students. The library is automated & has a rich assortment of learning resources. The study materials include around 19,000 books, 141 National & International print journals, nearly 221 online journals, magazines, newspapers, audio visual materials & so on.
In addition to this, e-library facilities are available for the students that can be accessed round the clock using the campus network. It has membership of various learning platforms like DELNET, National Digital Library (NDL), J-Gate, etc. Other facilities include reprography services, Wi-Fi connectivity, and others.
- Laboratories: There are multiple computer laboratories available in the campus. The computer labs are connected to the Internet, equipped with Core i5 systems & have the latest software to equip the students and faculty members with the latest digital skills. Moreover, there are many labs available for departments like Management, Finance, etc. The labs are Language lab, Communication lab, Business Analytics lab, and the list goes on.
- Sports: The students enrolled at the Institution offer state-of-the-art sports facilities to the students. The students are encouraged to take part in the tournaments & competitions conducted at various levels at the JIMS Kalkaji campus to develop sportsmanship & unity among them. The sports facilities are available for games like Pickleball, Chess, Pool, etc.
- Hostels: The accommodation facilities are offered to the boys & girls separately near the campus. The JIMS Kalkaji Hostel rooms available for the students are air-conditioned & non air-conditioned. Other facilities available include Wi-Fi, meals at the dining area, common room, kitchenette, and so on.
- Cafeteria: At the Jagannath International Management School campus, there is a canteen / cafeteria that has adequate seating arrangement for the students. The cafeteria serves different varieties of healthy & nutritious cuisines, meals, and beverages to the students to cater diverse taste preferences. These meals are prepared under hygienic conditions & are available at economical prices.
- Gymnasium: The gymnasium present at the JIMS Kalkaji campus has modern exercising equipment so that the students, faculties, and staff members can maintain their overall wellbeing.
Students are encouraged to participate in a number of cultural competitions, functions, etc. through the Institution’s clubs that help them develop creativity and facilitate them with a platform to showcase their talents. Moreover, to create a hassle-free and convenient environment for the students, a number of committees are there at the JIMS Kalkaji campus.
