Rathinam College of Arts and Science hostel provides a peaceful and comfortable ambiance to the residents. Out of 5 hostels with well-built infrastructure, 3 are allotted to girls and 2 to boys.

• POD: Four-person sharing for girls and four or six-person sharing for boys, Bunkers, Individual cupboard, Non-AC, Common toilet, Table, and chair.

Rathinam College of Arts and Science hostel food is decently good and nutritious. The mess is equipped with modern devices and a steam heating facility is also available. The mess serves healthy food in the right proportion to the inmates and milk is also provided to them. 'Kerala rice' is also prepared for students who desire the same. Special meals are served at festivals and occasions. The clean and hygienic dining hall facility can be availed by 400 students at a time. The college also supports a food court that comprises 2 restaurants, 2 coffee shops, a fresh juice shop, and an ice cream parlor for residents.
