DMIHER has an active and well-functioning Training and Placement Cell that works on training and developing the students so that they can opt for an accurate job profile for the future. This cell focuses on shaping the future of the students by boosting their professional knowledge and employability. The major objectives of this cell are:

• To invite various renowned companies for on-campus placement drives.
• To stay updated about upcoming vacancies and maintain professional relations with the recruiting companies.
• To organise pre-placement training sessions and prepare the students for HR rounds by arranging mock interviews, aptitude tests, and GD.
• To provide on-field experience to the students, the university organises various workshops, online training programs, live lectures, industrial visits, etc.
• To provide internship opportunities to students in renowned companies and organisations.

This cell also helps and assists the students in going for their career and academic interests and works towards fulfilling all the expectations and needs of the recruiting companies. This cell has a section known as the Center for Career Enhancement (CCE) and it organises Entrepreneurship Development Interaction. Here, CCE collaborates with various research centers and provides information and important details to the students related to business and entrepreneurship. This center motivates the students to go with the business ideas and share their thoughts & knowledge related to the same.

Located at Sawangi (Meghe), Wardha, the campus of the university is built over an area of 125+ acres with a positive and energetic ambiance. The campus has easy connectivity through all the major means of transportation as Wardha Railway Station is approx 2.4 km away and Sewagram Railway Station is 6.4 km away. The city is well connected with Hyderabad, Nagpur, and Pune via road, and the nearest airport is Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport which is approximately 77 km away from the campus.
