The establishers and promoters of Taxila Business School always wanted to offer world-class education to those who opted to enroll for either of its dual programs. Therefore, the institute right from day one ensured to recruit professors and lecturers who had distinguished themselves in their respective professional and academic fields. Most of the faculty members at TBS not only have earned their educational degrees from reputed academic institutions but also have made their mark in their corresponding commercial segments.
For instance, Prof. Rajat Bohra is an alumnus of IIM, Ahmedabad, Prof Dr. Harvinder Soni has a Ph. D in business administration, and Prof Dr. Alka Jain holds MBA and PhD degrees, and so on. The faculty members are always willing to cooperate with the students not only in the classrooms but also outside the class setting. Apart from the faculty pool, the institute has contracted a group of mentors that happen to be well-known magnates and corporate executives hailing from NCR, Jaipur, and New Delhi.
A good number of such mentors studied at TBS and benefited hugely from the guidance they received while they were at the institution. Hence the mentors were very eager to give back in equal measure to the institute and share their experiences with the current crop of students. These mentors offer constructive suggestions and feedbacks to students on how to hone their latent skills and sharpen their professional insight.
