International Institute of Hotel Management, New Delhi was established in 1994 and it is one of the largest school chains in hospitality management internationally. The Institute organizes World’s Culinary Heats “Young Chef Olympiad” where more than 50 countries participate.
IIHM is approved by AICTE. It has also provided industrial training internationally in The USA, France, Middle East, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Maldives, and in many other countries. Candidates must have completed 10+2 with English as a compulsory subject. They can only get admission with a good score in the entrance test which is done through an e-chat, continued with a personal interview and group discussion.

IIHM, New Delhi provides 100% placement to all the students with a minimum package of 4 lakhs rupees per annum to 9 lakhs per annum. The major recruiters are Taj group of hotels, Oberoi Group, ITC hotels, The Leela, Perkin Elmer, Le MERIDIEN, Holiday Inn, Sheraton, and Crown Plaza. Students also get an opportunity to get a placement in countries like the USA and Australia. The institute trains its students to seek a placement at managerial level. The institute organises mock tests, seminars, webinars and interviews for the students to prepare them for future jobs. Also, it provides internships to the students in their final year in large hotels and organizations for their exposure. Sometimes students are also sent for internship and training in hotels overseas which helps in building their personality as a whole.
Campus: The campus of the institute is huge and various events are being organized there for the relaxation of the students other than academics like stage performances, indoor games. It also has a huge library along with hi-tech IT labs which helps them in increasing their knowledge along with their studies.
Hotels: IIHM, New Delhi infrastructure consists of two hostels separate for boys and girls at a distance of 1 km from the campus. The rooms are fully facilitated with all the basic amenities like A.C rooms.
There are various extra-curricular activities arranged in the campus such as Music, dance, dramatics, fashion shows, debates, quiz, festivals which helps in the overall growth of the students. The institute also organizes international food and drink festivals where more than 3000 footfalls allow the students to gain massive exposure and experience.
Restaurants and Cafeterias: The institute also has its own Cafeteria and restaurant where students can have refreshments at different intervals of the day. The food quality is maintained throughout the year and it is totally hygienic and healthy for the students. Students can have a variety of dishes and cuisines in the restaurant according to their preference.
Sports: There are different fields for each sport such as football, cricket, table tennis, basketball, swimming, rugby etc. where students can play and even participate during the time when a competition is organised. On the whole the institute organizes a two days inter-college fest ‘RIGOLO’.
