BITM Pune organises Guest Lectures that offers students an opportunity to interact with prominent personalities of the industry. These industry personalities provide them insights of industries and strategies to accomplish professional goals. The institute also offers students Leadership Training in the supervision of Military Personalities. It invites senior retired army officers to share their viewpoints on leadership and management practices so that students can become capable managers and serve society. It also organises an annual event called National Business Convention at its premises. In this event several corporate level personalities interact with MBA students. This event is conducted for around 3 days where management leaders share their perceptions and knowledge about the industry.
Students of the institute also have to undergo an Internship period of 2 months at the end of their 1st year of the course. They have to work on practically oriented Company Project Studies (CPS) that will assist them in understanding the company's requirements.
