Alard College of Engineering is a quite good college in Pune for engineering. The college was started in 2009 and is approved by AICTE. The college has its affiliation with Savitribai Phule University. It is currently running under the guidance of Principal Dr. K.D. Sapate. The college is giving shape to national wealth by delivering trained engineers and professional entrepreneurs.

The college is offering Undergrad courses like Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, Electronics & Telecommunication, Mechanical, Electrical, Computers, and AI & Machine Learning. The college also provides Postgrad courses like Masters of Engineering in Mechanical and Computers. The Undergrad course i.e. Bachelor of Engineering is of 4-year duration and the postgrad course, Masters of Engineering is of 2-year duration.

Alard Engineering College takes admissions of students on the basis of 10+2 qualification. The college also takes students on the basis of entrance tests like CET (Common Entrance Test) / JEE (Joint Entrance Exam).

The applicant can apply for admission on the website of ACEM and can fill out the form and deposit the application form charges. If the student wants, they can fill out the form offline by visiting the campus and with the help of staff present there.

The eligibility norms to take admission to the courses are mentioned below:

Undergraduate Courses:

1. The student must be Indian.
2. The candidate must have completed class XII with Physics and Mathematics as prime subjects. Along with the required subject for the desired stream.
3. The candidate should have gained at least 45% for the general category and 40% if belonging to any low caste. If differently abled, or have a poor economic background in Maharashtra will also get the benefit.
4. Must have these documents:
   • Original Mark sheets and cast certificates.
   • One photocopy of each certificates and documents provided.
   • 1 passport-size photo.

Postgraduate Courses:

1. The student must be Indian.
2. The candidate should have their graduation in the area of Engineering and Technology from any government-approved college. They should have gained the required marks in GATE conducted by IIT.
3. The candidate should have gained at least 50% for the general category and 45% if belonging to any low caste. If differently abled, or have a poor economic background in Maharashtra can avail of the benefit.
4. Must have these documents:

• One photocopy of each certificates and documents provided.
• 2 passport-size photos.

2. Must have completed class XII.
