Regional College of Management [RCM], Bhubaneswar was established in the year 1982 as a Private (Autonomous) Educational Institution. Scholarship programs are proposed by RCM Bhubaneswar to bridge the gap between contributors and pursuers along with inspiring students to grow their careers. Students pursuing BBA and BCA programs get monetary scholarships based on their scores which must be between 60% - 90% & above. To avail monetary scholarships for PGDM programs, students must rank between 1 - 5000 in exams like XAT / CMAT / OJEE / MAT / CAT / ATMA.
The college also offers Kalam Scholarship for MBA students, Rocketry Scholarship for MCA students and Shiksha Protsahan Scholarship for PGDM students.

RCM Bhubaneswar has a Placement Cell that creates a platform for students where they can show their talent and explore different employability opportunities. The Cell conducts various training sessions for GDs and interview procedures. Interested students need to register themselves with the cell and undergo a 3 stage selection procedure that includes Aptitude tests, Group Discussion, and Personal Interviews. The Academic and Personal Counselling Department along with Training & Placement Cell provide students with counselling sessions under the supervision of mentors for their academic growth.
