I’m in my second year of engineering right now and my experience so far has been so good. Yes, the exams are the only annoying part for any student but the college life here is amazing. We have so many good things in our campus, starting from the infrastructure to the events and the activities held. I'll give an overview of everything starting from the college admission process to the exams and the events and everything. The college admissions are done via entrance exam called PESSAT and the other option was KCET and JEE MAINS. PESSAT fee for ECE is 4 Lakh whereas 4.5Lakh is for CSE. KCET fee depends on your rank. KCET fee for CSE is around 1.1Lakh. Now coming to the exams the exams are held 3 times in every semester. 2 Internals (ISA) and one semester end (ESA). ISA is for 40 marks each which is then reduced to 20 marks each ESA is for 100 marks which is then reduced to 50 marks assignments, 10 marks which makes it a total of 100(20+20+10+50) and we have scholarships offered in every semester. Now, coming to the events, Our annual fest is called AATMATRISHA: it is one of the best fests that we have in house events. The entire week with a new theme is celebrated every year. We had SHAAN perform for the concert this year (2024) so, it has been a fun college life so far and I would highly recommend PES UNIVERSITY as an option for aspiring engineers.Read Full Review

The college is really good for engineering. I personally liked it a lot. You might get mixed reviews everywhere but for me its great the academics, events held, infrastructure...everything is good. The college has everything you need a good campus, good academics and great faculty who is always ready to help you.Read Full Review

PES environment is rigorous and encourages you to work hard. There is a sense of competition that pushes you to strive for excellence. One of the key reasons that I chose this college was that I knew it has plenty of clubs that would enable me to meet new people and do something out of academics. The location being in Bangalore i.e the tech city of India so getting placements and internships would be a bit easy than other locations.Read Full Review
