Most of the students do not sit for placements. It is not an engineering college where big companies will come and recruit students, and it is a college where you can enjoy your college life while having a good level of education to proceed further. There is a committee that is for Human Resources, they will help you find the best job after doing bachelors, but the thing is those jobs will be exam based, and you will have to study separately for them like for UPSC.
