Imperial College of Nursing facilitates on-site training opportunities to the students for obtaining hands-on exposure.

It includes training in these hospitals: Imperial Hospital And Research Center, Dana Shivam Heart and General Hospital, Sardar Singh Memorial Hospital, Amar Jain Hospital, Gautam Hospital and Research Center, Global Hospital and Research Center, and Global Hospital and Research Center.
