Nalanda School of Business has a Placement Cell which is responsible for guiding the students and creating job opportunities for them. The Cell invites experts from the industry to conduct seminars, workshops, and mentorship programs. It organises industry visits for the students to get exposure to the practical application of management studies.

The Placement Cell maintains ties with several national and international companies from various parts of the industry to create internship and job opportunities for the students. The Institute also assists the students in getting summer internships.

The Cell helps the students develop their technical knowledge and soft-skills by conducting Mock Interviews and Group Discussions. This grooming makes them more employable as they become better prepared to face Job Interviews.

Nalanda School of Business has a Wi-Fi campus with modern infrastructure. It provides these facilities to the students:

• Classrooms: The Institute’s classrooms are well-designed, furnished and spacious. They are equipped with modern tools and technology to enable students to learn in an interactive and engaging way. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned.
• Library: The Institute has a fully equipped library with a rich collection of books related to management. It subscribes to various journals, magazines and newspapers.
• Computer Lab: The lab provides high-speed internet connectivity. It uses modern hardware and software and students can access various databases and research journals.
• Conference Hall: The Institute organises various seminars and career development programs in the conference hall. It is air-conditioned and has high-tech audiovisual equipment.
• Hostel and Mess: Two separate hostels for girl students and boy students are provided by the institute. They have well-maintained and furnished rooms. Mess facility is available in the Hostel. It provides wholesome meals to the students.
