KCC Bhubaneswar is devoted for preparing students to achieve success in their interested fields. The College includes programs such as Soft Skill Classes, Personality Development Program, Group Discussion, Mock Interview, etc. to groom the students professionally. There is an Industry Institute Forum that organises industrial visits, guest lectures by industry experts and instils entrepreneurship and leadership virtues in students through sessions and linking them with incubation centres.
