The Placement Cell at JU works dedicatedly to shape the career of students. The cell coordinates with HR departments of various companies for facilitating job assistance to students. Jeppiaar University has a lush green campus of 210 acres of land which houses all modern amenities. The Wi-Fi enabled campus has modern classrooms with the latest teaching aids. Well equipped laboratories of the university are used to conduct experiments for providing practical learning to students. The campus has the following state of art facilities that are provided to students for experiencing a better academic life:

• Library: A centrally air-conditioned library of the university comprises of a vast collection of resources of around 1,45,000 volumes of books, reference books, encyclopedias, thesis, dissertations, project reports, etc. The library also has a digital resources collection of over 16000 e-books, 4500+ online journals, and many other material. Library users can also access DELNET, MALIBNET, AIRC, etc resources. Furthermore, there are spacious reading areas available for students.
• Hostel: The University provides comfortable and separate residential facilities to male and female students. Air-conditioned and non air-conditioned rooms are allotted to students according to their preference. Ventilated living rooms with attached bathrooms are available in each hostel. 24/7 medical assistance, laundry facility, housekeeping facility, etc are available.
• Sports: JU Chennai promotes sports activities like football, basketball, cricket, badminton, tennis, athletics, etc. Trainers are available at the fitness center of the university which helps students in staying healthy and physically fit.
