IIM Indore has a Placement Cell which helps its students in securing summer placements and organises campus recruitment drives.

Some of the companies visiting the campus for hiring fresh talent are Flipkart, Accenture, Amazon, Godrej, Google, Parle, Oracle, ONGC, NIIT, Goldman Sachs, Anand Group, Philips, HDFC, AXIS Bank, PepsiCo, Hindustan Unilever, Asian Paints, Apollo Hospitals, IBM, ICICI, Procter & Gamble, Capgemini, Tesco, etc. are some of the recruiting companies which offer placement to the students.

IIM Indore is considered as the most popular B-school in India. The students are being educated and trained by efficient teachers. The facilities provided by the institute include:

• Library: The learning center at IIM Indore has a modern collection of resources. It is a hybrid library including online and CD – ROM databases which are made available by the institute's network. It has Books, Periodicals, Reference Collection, Reports, Thesis, Encyclopedias, Directories, Dictionaries, Handbooks, Electronic Resources, Journals, Magazines and Newspapers.
• Writing and Communication Studio: WCS provides feedback and guidance on public speaking projects, organises workshops and lectures, and provides feedback and guidance on academic papers, research-based essays, reports, and personal statements.
• Auditorium: IIM Indore has 2 auditoriums and each has an amphitheater. The old auditorium can accommodate around 300 members, and the new auditorium is situated at Sports Complex and can accommodate around 800 members.
• Hostel: IIM Indore has around 1 Married Student’s Hostel and around 1 FPM Participants’ Hostel. The hostels have space for recreation and students can play Basketball and Badminton. Every block in the hostel has a common room where TV, Carom, Chess, Table Tennis, etc. are available. The rooms are furnished with mattress, chair, shelves, table, and closets. All the rooms have internet connectivity and housekeeping staff is also available.
• Canteen: Canteen facilities are available which provide vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, besides biscuits, snacks, soft drinks, chocolates, ice cream, etc. Night canteen is also there which runs after 10pm and closes before 6pm.
• Transport: The Institute has provided transport facility for day students for ease in commuting from home to college and back.
• Sports: IIM Indore avails services of certified instructors who provide Yoga, Strength Training, Aerobics, Cardiovascular Training, and Swimming Instructors, along with Personalised Training.
• Other Facilities: Classrooms, Medical center, Ambulance, Community Centre, Post Office.
