JECRC University Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, Jaipur

The JECRC University offers separate residential facilities to boys & girls students. The accommodation facility offered to students makes them feel having a home-away-from-home experience. The hostellers at the JECRC University Jaipur are required to follow the specified rules & regulations. Moreover, the hostel fees need to be paid timely.

The hostel fee for JECRC University students is based on the room category and the students will need to pay the specified amount in 2 installments. Both the Installments need to be paid with the academic fees and the payment needs to be done as per the specified dates by the authorities. Students are required to know that no refund will be given for the hostel fee once it is paid.

The installment-wise fee structure for availing accommodation at the JECRC University Hostel is mentioned in the table-stated below:

Note: There is additional one-time hostel registration fee of Rs. 5000/- which students need to pay with their 1st Installment. It is to be noted that this registration fee is non-refundable and it is the same for both AC and Non-AC rooms.

* A separate fee of Rs. 1000/- (per semester) will need to be paid for Gymnasium if availed.

All the students residing in the hostel of JECRC University are required to follow the prescribed rules and regulations which are as follows:

• The attendance of students will be taken in the hostels on a daily basis at the specified time. The attendance will be taken by the warden for which students will need to be present in their rooms.
• Students are strictly not allowed to keep any drugs, liquor, weapons, or anything unauthorized items with them in the hostel rooms. They are not allowed to smoke, consume liquor / drugs / narcotics, etc. 
• The use of any kind of abusive or vulgar language at the hostel premises is strictly forbidden.
• Ragging is strictly not allowed in the hostels. If any students are found doing it, they will be asked to vacate the hostel.
• Any kind of parties including birthday celebrations are prohibited inside the hostel rooms.
• Hostellers (both boys & girls) need to be back in their rooms by the end gate timing which is 10:00 PM for boys and 09:00 PM for girls. Hostellers need to take prior permission to come late otherwise they will be fined.
• Students are required to switch off the lights, fans, other electrical equipment & close the windows before leaving the hostel room.
• Students can keep their laptops with them for academic purposes only. Keeping any kind of personal electrical equipment such as heater / iron / emersion rod etc. is strictly prohibited.
• Students are not allowed to stay in the hostel during the time of their academic classes. A strict action will be taken against such hostellers who are habitual of doing this.
• Students will need to follow the out-pass rules strictly as prescribed.
