Career Guidance and Placement Cell of the institute put-in efforts to fulfil the Placement requirements and support the career growth of students. The Cell performs activities such as:

• Placement Training
• Aptitude and Soft-Skill Training
• On-Campus Placement Drives

Previously, the students of STET School of Management have been placed in Star Health and Allied Insurance, Apollo Hospital, Emphatic Sense technologies, ICICI Bank, Vivaan Tech and Business Solutions, City Union Bank, and many more.

The Institute is located at Sundarakkottai, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District, Tamil Nadu. The institute offers an ultra-modern infrastructure and various facilities to students which are listed below:

• Library: A General Library and one specific MBA / MCA library is set-up in the institute. The General library has separate reading section, periodicals section, reprography section, circulation section, book stake, Internet lab, and back volume of Journals. A book bank facility is also available in the libraries for lending standard books & other reference books to students. Every year, the institute conducts a library orientation program for students so that they get to know about all the available services and how to avail them.
• Laboratories: Well-set up labs are available specifically for each department. Some of the labs are:

• Canteen: Multiple Canteens are available within different blocks in the campus for offering snacks & other eatables.
• Hostel: The hostel is set-up within the college premises. Approximately 180+ rooms are there for providing accommodation to around 600+ students. Students are accommodated in single, double, and triple occupancy rooms. One common home theatre is available in the hostel. Two dining halls are there to cater to the food & nutrition requirements of hostellers. One gym is there to fulfil physical fitness requirements. Other than these, monthly and weekly magazines and daily newspapers are provided.
• Sports: The Institute emphasises on conducting indoor and outdoor sports activities on a regular basis in order to set a benchmark in Physical Education. Sports activities organised by the institute in the past include Boxing events, Basketball matches, Karate competitions, Volleyball matches, and many more.
• Other Facilities: Open Auditorium, Seminar Hall, Health Centre, Herbal Garden, facilities for Differently Abled students, CCTV, etc.
