    Yes, we do have placement cell in our college. Currently various companies come to our college such as Indian Oil, etc. Although college placement rate is still low but it has been increasing every year. For being able to sit in placement an individual need to have a consistent CGPA of 6 or more.Read Full Review

    Oldest and one of the top government college of Assam
    Highest placement is 20 LPA and average is 7 LPA. Placement is relatively good. Siemens, Vedanta, Byju’s, Unacademy, etc. and public sectors organisation ONGC, Oil, BPCL, PWD’s engineers are from Assam Engineering College. The 2024 placement details of Assam Engineering College has not released yet. However the 2022 placement season was a successful one. Almost 60% students were placed.Read Full Review
