Walchand College of Arts and Science has a Placement Cell which is responsible for creating job opportunities for the students. The Cell has good relationships with many companies from different sectors of the industry. It invites them to the campus for placement drives for the students.

The Placement Cell conducts career guidance sessions and personality development programs. It conducts Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, and Aptitude Tests to help the students prepare for the job interviews. It focuses on Soft Skill development to increase the employability of the students in placement interviews.

The Cell invites industry experts to mentor the students and raise awareness about job opportunities. The students of Walchand College of Arts and Science have been placed in various companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Concentix, LIC, ICICI Prudential, Tech Mahindra, Precision Camshafts, etc.

Walchand College of Arts and Science has a spacious, well-designed campus. The Infrastructure and Facilities provided by the college are:

• Classrooms: The classrooms are ventilated and well-lit. They provide an adequate atmosphere for learning.
• Laboratories: The College has around 23 laboratories. All of them are equipped with modern infrastructure to impart hands-on experience to the students. The College has a separate Language Laboratory for the students where they can learn and improve their communication skills.
• Seminar Halls: The seminar hall of the college is well-furnished. It provides LCD projector and other audio-visual technology for an engaging learning experience.
• Hostel: The College has two hostels. The boys’ hostel can accommodate around 700 students. The girls’ hostel has room for over 200 students. Both are equipped with modern amenities. Mess serves hygienic meals to the students.
