BGSCET Bangalore has established a Training and Placement Cell under the Human Resource Development department. The Cell trains students to face HR interviews, Group Discussions, and written tests. The Cell also invites the Head Recruiters from many Multinational Companies for on-campus placements.

The Placement Cell works to cultivate these skills in the students:

• Soft Skills: The Cell focuses on communication and negotiation skills which have become important in the competitive corporate environment. The cell focuses on these skills to increase the chances of placement.
• Aptitude Lab: The Training and Placement Cell helps the students to develop their Verbal and Non-verbal reasoning ability. It also works to improve their Technical skills.
• Career Lab: The Cell helps students improve their Presentation Skills. It organises Interviews, Group Discussions, and Assertiveness Training Sessions for the students.

BGSCET Bangalore has digital classrooms with cutting-edge technology that gives students an opportunity to learn in an interactive way. The campus is spacious and modern in design.

Apart from that, the College has these Facilities:

• Seminar Hall: The College has a comfortable and well-lit hall with projectors and audio-visual equipment. All the guest lectures, workshops, and social and cultural events are organised here.
• Library: The library has a seating capacity of over 250 and students can access over 5000 books and many leading National and International Journals. It also provides high-speed internet connectivity.
• Auditorium: Cultural and Extra-Curricular activities are organised in the auditorium along with Placement and Training Activities.
• Hostel: The college has separate hostels for boys and girls with separate dining areas and kitchens. All the rooms are furnished and well-maintained. The Mess serves nutritious and delicious vegetarian food.
• Sports Facilities: The College has a Department of Physical Education and Sports which provides sports infrastructure and professional training to students. Students are also given special incentives, allowances, and playing kits if they excel in sports.
