Xavier Institute of Management and Informatics: Admission 2025, Fees, Scholarship, Jaipur

Xavier Institute of Management and Informatics – XIMI started in 2022 under the leadership of Jaipur Xavier Educational Association (JXEA). The Institute is approved by AICTE and affiliated to RTU, Kota.

XIMI Jaipur offers 2 Post-Graduate Courses, namely:

Application and Selection Process:

• Students can find the Application Form on the Institute’s official website. They must Fill and submit the form online with the requested documents and registration fee.
• The Institute follows the Admission procedure according to the guidelines of CEG / RMAP / RTU / RMCAAP.
• Admission is provided on the basis of merit score in graduation. Additional benefit is given to those who have cleared any one of the following examinations:
  • NIMSAT / CUET (for MCA)
  • CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT / or any other equivalent National Level Entrance Examination (for MBA).

• The shortlisted students are called to appear for the Personal Interview.

Documents Required:

• Mark sheets of 10^th, 12^th, and Graduation
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• Scorecard of qualified National Level Entrance Examination mentioned above (if any)
• Passport Size Photographs
• Affidavit of Year Gap (if applicable)

XIMI Jaipur grants Institutional Scholarship, and Central and State Government Scholarships to the students. The scholarship is provided in the form of tuition fee concession. The Institutional Scholarships provided by the Institute are given below:

Merit Based Scholarship:

Students must fulfil the conditions mentioned below to get 50% fee reduction under this scheme:

• Standard academic performance, 75% attendance, and behaviour.
• Paid 1^st and 2^nd semester fee on time.
• 1st year students will be awarded scholarships based on the percentage obtained in the last examination. Similarly, 2^nd year students will be evaluated based on the percentage obtained in the 1^st year. A 50% fee reduction will be granted to a certain no. of students according to the cut-off percentage ranging from 75-80%.
• Related documents to prove the eligibility.

Need Based Scholarship:

Students who fulfil the conditions given below are eligible to get 50% fee reduction under the scheme:

• Financially weak, standard academic performance, 75% attendance, and behaviour.
• Paid the fee of 1^st and 2^nd semester timely.
• Family annual income is less than INR 2,50,000/-.
• Proof of income must be submitted.

JXEA Christian Minority-Based Scholarships:

Students belonging to Christian / Catholic Minority fulfilling the given below criteria are eligible to get up to 75% reduction in the tuition fee:

• Should maintain 75% attendance.
• They have paid the 1^st and 2^nd semester fee.
• Their annual family income is not more than INR 2,50,000/-.
• Letter of Recommendation authorised by the Parish Priest / Bishop / Church.
• Certificate of document proving income.

Sports Scholarships:

• Sports achievers can get a concession on tuition fee at the time of admission.

Special Scholarships for Students of St Xavier’s College and Other Jesuit Colleges

Students who have completed their previous education from St. Xavier’s College or other Jesuit Institution can get a concession on caution money.

*The Government Scholarships can be availed through government’s web portal.

Application Process:

• Students who wish to receive scholarships must collect a Scholarship Application Form from the Institute.
• They must submit the form with the necessary documents and an Affidavit for Non-Receipt of Scholarship to their Class Mentors before deadline.
• Class mentors will further evaluate the students’ academic performance and attendance, and forward it to the HODs.
• The forms will be further forwarded to the Institute’s Management for approval, whose decision will be final.
