Orissa School of Mining Engineering (OSME) Kendujhar was established in 1956. It is recognised by SCTE&VT, Odisha and approved by AICTE. It is accredited by the NBA.

OSME Kendujhar offers Diploma in Engineering in various disciplines. It is among the few institutes in India that offer a Diploma in Drilling Engineering.

Eligibility

OSME Kendujhar offers direct admission and lateral entry admission to their Diploma courses. The eligibility for both is given below:

Direct Admissions:

• Qualified 10^th from Odisha Board or equivalent with minimum 35% marks in English, Mathematics and Science subjects.
• The qualifying exam must be passed with 30% marks in each subject.

Lateral Entry (3^rd Semester)

• Qualified 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry from Odisha Board or equivalent.
• Students who have qualified their 10^th with at least 35% marks from Odisha Board can also apply.
