• Hostels: MMV BHU provides full-time residential facilities to the students. The hostels are separate for the junior and senior girls. There are a total of 4 hostels present inside the campus of the institute. The hostel accommodations are equipped with internet, and other facilities like power and water supply, newspapers, magazines, television, etc. There is also a mess facility available which prepares meals for the students to meet their dietary needs and improve their overall well-being.
• Library: The Mahila Mahavidyalaya Library came into existence in 1967 to cater to the requirements of the students, faculty members, and non-teaching staff of the college. It has a collection of more than 50,000 books, journals, magazines, newspapers, maps, etc. There are also materials available in the form of CDs and DVDs. There are nearly 100 national and international journals subscribed regularly. It has one reading hall, stack hall, reference and textbook section, internet section, acquisition section, and technical section. It is well-equipped with furniture and modern computing facilities to provide easier access to collecting information. The library timings are from 10 am to 5 pm on all working days.
•  Laboratory: Established in 2009, MMV BHU offers laboratory facilities under the name of ‘Central Instrument Laboratory’. It is equipped with the most latest and advanced instrumentation facility to support cutting-edge research in various fields of science. This space is used by all science departments namely Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Bioinformatics, Home Science, Statistics, Geography, etc. Some major instruments to be found in the laboratory are as follows: Thermal Cycler, Quick Freezer, Flake Ice Maker, Distillation Unit with Stabiliser, Cooling Incubator, Rotatory Microtome, Magnetic Susceptibility Balance, Spin Coater with Motor Pump, Visi Cooler, etc.
• Computer Lab: MMV BHU has a computer lab with the latest technologies. There are more than 40 computers installed in this lab for students and the faculty members to use. This lab can be used both during class and non-class hours. High-quality software is used for different purposes like course registration, form fill ups, creating presentations, researching, or taking faculty feedback etc. Along with this, there is high-speed internet connection for faster access to information and enhanced productivity.
• Extra-curricular activities: The Mahila Mahavidyalaya organises various co-curricular and extracurricular activities for the students to showcase their talents and creativity. Students are encouraged by the institute to take part in NSS, NCC, and sports events. Also, the college arranges events like essay writing competitions, debates, elocutions, flower arrangements, painting competitions, annual quiz and solo and group dance competitions.
