The SMT Internship & Placement Cell assists students to prepare for the corporate world and to become competent professionals. It was made to provide guidance to students and help them to get suitable internships and employment in reputed organisations. It provides them relevant knowledge and motivation to develop their overall personality. The cell organises Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Counselling, and other activities to prepare students. The cell invites various reputed organisations for the campus placement process.

Students of St Mother Teresa Group of Colleges are offered following Infrastructure and Facilities within the campus:

• Library: The SMT Library is well-stocked with various books, journals, and other academic resources. It provides students important support in completing their academic and research projects as well as gaining relevant information.
• Computer Lab: This technically advanced lab has approximately 20 systems connected with Wi-Fi facilities.
• Auditorium: The campus has a big auditorium to conduct national and international level workshops, cultural events, seminars, conferences, meetings, etc. It is well-equipped with an audio system and the latest facilities.
• Multipurpose Hall: In this hall, the college organises regular debates, legal hypothetical activities, seminars, etc.
• Cafeteria: It provides students a comfortable space to relax and communicate with their friends while enjoying snacks and refreshments.
• Hostel: The campus has separate residential provision for its girl and boy students within the premises. Here students will get a fan, bed, chair, wardrobe, and table in their room.
• Sports: Sports facilities are provided within the premises to boost the confidence and sporting spirit of students.
• Transportation: The College has its own vans and buses to provide transportation services for its students.
