UPL University of Sustainable Technology has a Training and Placement Cell which provides help, support, and guidance to the students. The Cell provides practical experience through training opportunities and conducts mock interviews and group discussions which help the students in reducing their interview anxiety and develops confidence. It also provides information about the recruitment drive and provides on-campus and off-campus placements.

UPL University of Sustainable Technology provides state of the art infrastructure and facilities to its students. The University provides transportation facilities within the city and nearby places, medical facilities, an auditorium, laboratories, canteen, etc. The other facilities are mentioned below:

• Library: Library is located in the academic building on the second floor. It has a seating capacity of 90+ members. Library has a collection of 10000+ Books which includes Text Books and Reference Books. It also has Journals, Encyclopedia, CDs / DVDs, Magazines, Newspapers, Manuscripts, E-Journals, E-Books, online access to bibliographic databases, NPTEL facility, DELNET, etc.
• Hostel: Separate hostel facilities are provided to the male and girl students of the University. The hostels have spacious rooms, Wi-Fi, gym, sports, and all the basic amenities.
• Sports: The University organises sports events which include Relay Race, Discuss Throw, Shot Put, Cricket, Badminton, Volleyball, Basketball, Football, Long Jump, Tug-of-War, Kabaddi, Carom, etc. The students are also encouraged to participate in national and international level sports tournaments.
