The placement and training cell at the institute is known as the Corporate Resource Centre, which works towards fulfilling students aspirations by making them fit for their desired job roles. It assists the students to develop their personalities and explore placement opportunities by inviting various organisations to the college.

It acts as an interface between corporate and students and ensures there is continuous interaction between both.  This helps the students understand the needs of the industry. The cell also provides career counselling to students who are not sure about their career choice and need some guidance. Other responsibilities of the cell are:

• Grooming students
• Organising Industrial Training, Internship Programs, Workshops, Guest Lectures, Mock Interviews, etc.
• Conducting Campus Placements

Spread across 48 acres, the institute’s campus has a serene beautiful atmosphere and surroundings with a lush green campus, enhancing the overall environment at the college. It has Wi-Fi facilities and 24-hour power backup. The infrastructure of the institute is state-of-the-art and the buildings are represented by modern architecture. The institute provides many other facilities so the students can grow and prosper. Some of the amenities are:

• Library: The institute has a modern library with computing facilities that are usually used to access digital books. It has more than 60,000 references of versatile nature and subjects. The library also has e-journals, magazines, books, etc., and is fully air-conditioned along with Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Hostel: For students coming from other states or cities, the college has provided separate accommodation facilities girls and boys. The hostel has tight security to ensure the safety of the students. The environment of the facility is pleasant which helps the students stay focused on their academics. Other facilities like TV rooms, Indoor games, and recreational facilities are also provided here.
• Laboratory and Workshops: All the institutes under SGI have their own laboratory and workshops that are equipped with all the tools and equipment required for a better learning experience. The students learn all practical aspects of the subjects here.
• Cafeteria: Healthy food is served at the cafeteria of the college, where the students can sit and have fun in their free periods. The menu of the cafeteria is created by a team of professional dieticians and includes a wholesome diet. Fresh fruits, Juices, Milkshakes, Ice-cream sundaes, and other snacks are available here. 
• Computer Lab: A fully-functional computer lab is built on the campus which has over 1200 computer systems. The lab is facilitated with Wi-Fi connectivity and the latest software is updated on the systems.
• Sports Facilities: To maintain the physical health of the students, the institute has facilities for various sports and indoor games. It ensures that the students are groomed. The sports available at the institute are Basketball, Cricket, Boxing, Volleyball, Shooting, Football, Hockey, etc.  
• Gymnasium: A fully-equipped gym is situated inside the campus where the students can work out to stay fit and release their day-to-day stress. The students are properly supervised in the gym by expert coaches who also train them if required.
• Classrooms: The institute has several spacious classrooms which are fully furnished. The classrooms enhance the learning experience of the students which leads to dynamic and focused discussions.
• Transport Facilities: The institute runs its buses for the convenience of the students and faculty. The buses ply on different routes.
• Seminar Hall and Conference Hall: With the ability to seat numerous spectators, all the institutes of the group have separate seminar and conference halls where the students can attend various lectures, presentations, seminars, conferences, etc. The halls are designed to bring together analysis with action and have proper audio-visual aids.
• Medical Facilities:  Proper medical facilities are available at the campus and the students who require medical care can use the facility. The facility has trained staff and takes care of the patients. It also has all the required tools and medicines for emergency situations.
