The interested applicants can apply in any two courses offered by the college i.e. the B.A.LL.B (5 years) and the LL.B (3 years). Minimum eligibility in both the courses is merit in 10+2. After conducting counselling and interviews, the college will release a merit sheet based on which the candidates will be selected. The selected candidates shall be required to pay the tuition fee, admission fee and other charges on or before the date specified.

The Awasthi College of Law provides dedicated and practical training to all its law students. The college has various seminars, moot competitions, and legal tutorials for the students as a part of the training program which is conducted after each semester. Along with that, the students are offered with legal internship opportunities for real industry exposure.
There is a concept of ‘Winter Schools’ which is organised after every odd semester for two weeks in B.A.LL.B where students are trained by working under the guidance of Advocates, Police, Public Prosecutor, Revenue Officers, Legal Aid Officers, etc.
