Mithibai College has a Training and Placement Cell that comprises of a Placement Committee whose constituents are Placement Officer, Development Officer, Placement Faculties, and a core team of Student Coordinators. The cell conducts training programs and placement activities. It conducts soft skill training program in which it lays emphasis on English language, self and people management, and pre-placement package. It also provides internship opportunities to students. Besides, it conducts placement activities like guest lectures, interaction with industrial experts, mock interview sessions, etc.
