Established in the year 1994, the Prestige Institute of Management and Research has been imparting education among various disciplines. The institute has been approved by UGC and AICTE. It has also received accreditation from NAAC and BCI along with being an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Institution. PIMR is affiliated to Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore.

The Eligibility Criteria for the different courses offered at the institute are mentioned below:

For the Undergraduate Programs:

• BBA: Must have cleared 10+2 / equivalent from any recognised board and scored at least 50% marks (60% marks for candidates applying to the Foreign Trade Program).
• BCA: Must have cleared 10+2 / equivalent from any recognised board with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and scored at least 50% marks.
• B.Com (Honors): Must have cleared 10+2 / equivalent from any recognised board and scored at least 60% marks.
• BJMC (General / Electronic Media): Must have cleared 10+2 / equivalent from any recognised board and scored at least 50% marks.
• BA / BBA / B.Com LL.B Honors: Must have cleared 10+2 / equivalent from any recognised board with at least 45% marks (for the general category candidates) or 40% marks (for the SC/ST category candidates).

For the Postgraduate Programs:

• MBA (All disciplines): Must hold a Graduation Degree in any subject with at least 50% marks.
• MMC: Must hold a Bachelors Degree in any subject with at least 50% marks.

The candidates are expected to submit certain Documents required at the time of admission namely:

• 10^th and 12^th Mark Sheets
• Graduation Mark Sheets (only for candidates applying to PG / PGDBA Programs)
• Transfer Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC)
• Gap Certificate (if any)
• Conduct and Character Certificate from the last attended institution (for candidates applying to UG Programs)

Admission Procedure

The candidates who wish to seek admission at the institute have to register at the DHE, MP Website (for UG Programs) or at the DTE, MP Website (for PG Programs) and go through the counseling. The admissions are done on the basis of merit secured in the qualifying examination, i.e. 10+2 or Graduation.

The candidates seeking admission to the UG Programs may also fill up the Admission Enquiry Form that is available on the college website. For accessing the form the candidates should visit the Admission Procedure section on the top tab at the home page. Then select “UG Programs” after which the candidates will be directed to the page with the link for the form. For the final submission the candidates must upload the required documents, complete the form fee payment, and then submit the form.
